- A 60% initial payment confirms your enrolment. The remaining 40% is due on the date stated in your enrolment offer.
- Programme fees cover only the services and resources listed in your selected package.
- Certification examinations, cloud usage, paid laboratories, licences and third-party subscriptions are excluded unless expressly stated.
- Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the Hayio Academy Refund Policy.
