Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information Hayio Technologies Ltd (“Hayio”, “we”, “us”), including Hayio Academy, collects through hayio.net, why we collect it, and how it is used, whether submitted through our website forms, email or WhatsApp.

When you send us a business enquiry, we collect what you provide directly: your name, email address, the package or service you are interested in, and the message content. We use it to respond to you, understand your project and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the engagement.

When you apply for Academy mentorship or join the cohort waitlist, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• WhatsApp or telephone number
• Preferred learning track
• Experience level
• Career goals
• Weekly availability
• Selected package
• Application context you choose to share
• Payment and enrolment records, where you go on to enrol

With each application we also record that you acknowledged this notice, whether you opted in to programme updates, and when you submitted the form.

We use Academy information to:

• Review applications
• Recommend a programme and package
• Arrange discovery calls
• Issue enrolment offers and invoices
• Deliver mentorship
• Maintain learner records
• Provide support
• Meet lawful accounting and operational obligations

We only send Academy programme updates, events and learning opportunities if you opt in. Opting in is never required to apply, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Our website forms, including the Academy application and waitlist forms, use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-relay service, to forward the details you enter to our inbox at info@hayio.net. FormSubmit processes the submission in order to deliver it. WhatsApp and email messages are handled by those platforms under their own privacy terms.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run advertising pixels on this site beyond standard, privacy-respecting analytics if enabled.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the application, enrolment, service delivery, accounting and legal purposes it was collected for. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can email info@hayio.net to request:

• Access to the information we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your information, where applicable
• Withdrawal of marketing consent
• Information about how your data is used

We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Where a client’s name, project outcome or quote is referenced on this site, it is used with that client’s permission and can be removed on request. See our Terms & Conditions for more detail.
